Allow about an hour for this fantastic 1 mile round trip.
Its quite a hike to the top, but there are several benches on the way up if you need them.

We went here during the summer monsoons, so the views were cloudy and gorgeous. It is ALWAYS windy up here, which is nice because it keeps it cool. We are staying at Fort Huachuca and drove here to check out the monument. I was surprised in a good way. The 8 mike drive to Massai Point offers spectacular views. And, there is a handicapped - accessible .5 mile interpretive trail at the end of the road. I wish we had more time to check out other trails.
