I heard about this exhibit in the New Yorker so I made sure to check in out on my recent trip to NYC. This exhibit from 700BC to 200AD all pertaining to Emotions. The artifacts have been curated from museums around the world. And best of all...the exhibit is free of charge. What a find!
We watch closely to see what exhibits this small museum has in place. It has Byzantine art, Greek art, even modern stuff. The people who curate are brilliant. The show we just saw on newer excavations was eye opening. It can be seen in an hour or so, so is OK for lunch or a nice break from the Midtown...
Saw an article about this exhibit last week in the NYT. We've been by it a hundred times, without entering. Free!
Relics from the foot of Mt Olympus. Fabulously preserved and curated. Impeccable condition. Few tourists. This is a find. The exhibits change often. We lucked out
