My friend specifically asked the concierge for a shopping area that had more local boutiques rather than chain stores and he pointed us to Charles St. He was right. Mostly stores (a little pricey but what do you expect when you are located on Beacon Hill?) that you'll never see elsewhere located on an adorable little cobblestone street that butts... 更多
We took many photos while we enjoyed the historic charm of Charles Street. The coffee shop was a welcomed refreshment as well as the antique stores and quaint shops. Very clean and picturesque. This area gave us a memorable morning with a walk through Boston Common to arrive there.
A lot of cool shops here to check out. There's a JP Licks (ice cream) which was really good and Charles Street Liquor is definitely worth a stop for anyone interested in local liquor. The staff were fantastic with describing all the local brews and liquors on the shelf and it was hard not to buy more than we could... 更多
My wife and I stayed for 4 days on Charles Street at The Charles Street Inn - 94 Charles street (booked through Boston Short Term Rentals), and apart from being a good little apartment with kitchen on the second floor, walking out the door onto Charles Street each day was a sensory delight, with the beautiful architecture of the area,... 更多
We stayed at the Liberty Hotel and everything you could possibly want is right here on Charles Street. The cobblestone walks and old buildings make you feel like you have gone back in time. There are very unique shops and boutiques along Charles Street and many different kinds of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops. We walked the street late at... 更多
One of the best streets in Boston as it has wonderful atmosphere, good cafes and stores. Lots of history here.
Grab a coffee and prepare to walk this street and enjoy the window shopping and walking in and out of these uniques shops. No two shops are alike, multiple price points, friendly owners/staff. Starbucks is on the corner along with a few bakeries. Upscale souvenir type items as well. Multiple antique stores with a large variety of goods. All stores... 更多

The street and sidewalks are cobblestone, so be wary of that and wear some comfy shoes. Be sure to check out Artu for Italian food, The Paramount for some comfort food and Beacon... 更多
