This is such a great grave yard to visit. Parking can be tough in the North End, but worth the visit.

The gravestones were so cool and all the signs highlighting the history made it that much better. It has beautiful surrounding homes as well.

Visited here while walking along the Freedom Trail. Can see the narrowest house across the street from here. Interesting historical figures buried here - helpful to google them before you visit to get a better sense of the historical significance.

A burying ground from the founding of Boston that still remains along the trail. Very well kept and silent

This burial ground is where the holder of the Old North Church Lanterns is buried. also the British had cannons here firing on Charlestown during the Battle of Bunker Hill. There are also a few stones that the British Soldiers used for target practice. It is also located next to the location of the Great Molasses Flood.

You probably need to enjoy visiting old cemeteries to want to make this one of your final stops on the freedom Trail. It's amazingly old, though, for history buffs and cemetery buffs a like it is well worth the trip up the slight hill. The second oldest tombstone in the country is found here in Copp's Hill although it's rather... 更多

One of the three burial grounds on The Freedom Trail, Copp's Hill is a nice stop. With headstones dating back to the late 1600s it is a good place to reflect on American history. I do not recall as many notables from our past, but that does not mean these people are insignificant. Their stories also belong to the start... 更多

This small hill is stunning, a great place for quiet reflection on the history of the USA! Beautiful surroundings and ancient tombstones make for a very interesting visit. Plenty of signs up to show what is what and quite a bit of Boston history too, well worth it.

This is the place to check out if you are in the North Side. Interesting old stones, with maps that show where some famous people are buried. It would be good if the maps had a "you are here" designation, however.

This is a great historical cemetery that you can walk through and learn about the vast Boston history. Wonderful location. Across the street from the "Spite" house.

在North End的住宿

周围地区详细资料
North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church and Copp’s Hill Burying Ground. Take a rest in a cafe on Hanover street and observe the quirky, European character of the North End.
