This place is HUGE! I can see why it's a destination for antique lovers in western NC. Other reviews have said it's dusty and dirty, but I didn't find it any worse than any other flea market I've been to. There are endless amounts of antiques in the place, and carts to help you lug your new treasures around. The... 更多
I absolutely love this place. They have so much to look at and to me the best time of year is when the temperature is moderate to cold. You can always add layers and jackets, but this summer it is a little hot. The last time we went it was cloudy amd rainy right before the 90 degree weather set... 更多
I mainly went here because my wife wanted to look around, but I had a great time, too. The place is massive and has so much stuff. I'm no expert, but I think most of the items were over-priced. The barn actually contains items from many different sellers so you lose the fun of bargaining on different things since the... 更多
This place was huge and had everything from little knick knacks (though limited ) to furniture (lots of that) and everything in between. Prices seemed a bit high but not too bad and the size and options made seem better. We spent lots of time here just trying to get through it but it never felt overwhelming.
I wish we had more time to look and wish I had brought a big truck. Lots of large pieces, some wisely priced but some over priced. A lots of misc. stuff to look at. They close at 6 so don't go too late. If you like to antique you could spend hours in here browsing.
You could spend days at the Tobacco Barn looking at all of the things that they have. They have a variety of antiques and modern items. Worth the couple of hours I spent looking.
Love the barn. It's not all the same old junk at many antique shops. The prices aren't crazy if you wanted to pick up a random cowhide, golf clubs, or an old tea set. Don't bother bring kids that have to touch everything. You won't enjoy yourself.
Visited with my parents. This place is just ridiculous in an overwhelming and fantastical way. This alone is a reason to visit. This place is for serious antique fanatics, tourists, and those looking for gems who have a lot of patience! It is literally huge warehouse, very close to Biltmore Village. Doors, a staircase (yes, a staircase), books, clothing, kitchen/glassware,... 更多
Definitely check out the Antique Tobacco Barn if you're looking for interesting vintage collectibles and well priced antiques. We can't wait to go back with a UHaul to bring home bigger pieces next trip!
My husband and I love wandering around these kinds of retailers. There is a lot to see so plan on spending a few hours. They have some really nice antiques and a lot of reproduction decor items. We found the prices to be a bit high for this type of establishment but enjoyed our time on site. Definitely worth a... 更多
