We just happened to stop by on a free day, it was well worth an hour or so of your time. There are some hand on displays for the kids.
Took a break from hiking, went into town to visit this museum. It's located east of the information center. Price is $5pp, less for seniors, kids, military. The museum has displays about early Moab, mining, dinosaurs, recreation, films made in the area, Cowboys, Native Americans, geology. There is... 更多
The Museum of Moab is a good option for chilling a bit in between the crazy adventures you can have in Moab, it is really informative and interesting. There you can find dinos, art, Moab and some of west history between other attractions.

They are fundraising to build a bigger museum and i hope... 更多
Go back in time and trace the history of Moab. Plenty of artifacts on display and very informative including how Moab got it's name. Park immediately outside on the road and just walk in.
