Pier 7 is THE place that provides a obstacle-free view towards the harbour front and the bridge. It is not as crowded as Ferry Building. This little pier has the charms and a nice view looking back on San Francisco and of the nearby cruise ships. Do not go during the day as it can get hot but at sunset when locals come out and fishermen actually fish (and catch many fish) at the pier. I'd recommend a visit as you stop by the ferry... 更多
I love walking out on the pier, walking out into the bay, feeling the sea breeze, people watching the locals and tourists enjoying their day, enjoying the views of the water and other side oft he bay, and marveling at San Francisco back on land. Yet another free activity that is priceless!
Pier 7 is probably the most attractive pier in San Francisco. The rebuilt pier is solid with pretty black iron railings.
