Mokuleia Beach is a little off the beaten track, located neither near Waikiki nor on the North Shore, and as such it’s really quiet, with only a handful of people present across the entire stretch of beach. It’s a beautiful beach with crystal clear water and soft sand, with small aircraft and gliders from nearby Dillingham Airfield providing some entertainment... 更多
We loved this beach but did not initially camp at it, because we did not know that Camp Mokuleia has spots for camping. We thought it was a big group reservation sort of camp, which it is, but thankfully they have some awesome and affordable little spots for smaller groups. Beautiful beach! Friendly staff.
This beach ranks up there with Polihale on Kauai for its length and lack of people. It is a great sunbathers beach, along with watersports, surfing, kitesurfing, snorkeling (in spots). It is at the end of the road, so is a little out of the way but worth the trip. There are skydiving and glider rides across the road from... 更多
Awesome kite session at Mokuleia Beach park, locals were nice to tell me about the terrain and conditions. Cant wait to come back, hopefully its windy!
This beach was very beautiful and was not crowded at all. It is a bit out of the way and requires a car, but the drive is well worth it!
Overall this beach turned out to be our overall favorite along the north shore. Uncrowded(at least on the weekdays), long sandy beach great for long beach walks and several places along the beach where one can swim or snorkel and not get caught up in the rocks. Plenty of wave action, but not as big as we found at the... 更多
During the weekdays the beach is pretty empty and quiet but when we went there this past Labor Day weekend it was totally packed with local people. We found a spot and just enjoyed watching people fish and swim and spent the rest of the evening eating dinner and watching the sunset.
One of the few least crowded beachs on Oahu compared to South Shore ones, if your ever in the North Shore and want to visit a beach that's pretty big for every one then Mook's is the spot for you, me and my friends like to head here to BBQ and watch the surf, if your a surfer some of... 更多
got to get out of Waikiki for the day anyways ! Its a peaceful place. It WAS a semi - nude , clothing optional beach, but no any more. the police have nothing better to do, than roar down the beach on ATV's, telling people to put a bathing suit on. The water can be dangerous. Strong currents. Big waves.... 更多
