This is a beautiful old church, although relatively simple in design (i.e. no large stained glass, etc.). Apparently it is one of the oldest if not the oldest church in Hawaii. This is a reconstruction and not the original but it still is more than a hundred years old. Take a look inside if you have a bit of time
It's a lovely old church. Fourth one since the beginning and first church on the island. We were lucky enough to come by when it was open so we went inside and sat down and enjoyed the simple, auster, but compelling chapel. Do visit. It's lovely.
What a beautiful church built in the 1800's. This is a quick stop must see. Old graveyard in the back with lots of history. Mi even climbed the huge banyan tree in the front for a cute photo. Great view in the tree till I saw the huge spider.
I have only admired from outside, but oh it is such a pretty church that I want to investigate further. The structure, the grounds, everything about it hold a reverence.
