Had heard a few people talking about this museum and we weren't disappointed when we decided to check it out. A very casual atmosphere and quite a lot of information on the firearms displayed. Not a pretentious museum in the least.
This museum was so interesting to us. It has an amazing collection of items that were found in the dirt, and they all have a story. Everything is labeled. We got to talk to the owner and he is really nice and knowledgeable. Looking forward to going back.
We were so disappointed when we thought the museum had closed for the season, but fortunately they put their sign out, and we realized the door was unlocked! it's small but not TOO small and even if you're only slightly interested in historical gun artifacts you'll be intrigued by all the displays and the obvious amount of work that has gone into obtaining facts and data to explain what you're seeing, very cool.
We stopped in this museum while out shopping. The gun museum is wonderful and the owners are very nice and their little dog Harley is a special addition. It shows guns from the 1700s to WWII. Very nice displays with information on each gun. If only these guns could tell the story of their life. Check it out next time... 更多
great museum for history buffs or people who love old gun that have been dug up from all over the world. world wars , civil war, and other events. dontions requsted, but no ticket fee
