We visited the Harley Davidson Museum in Milwaukee on 4/15 and really enjoyed the time at this museum. All of the displays were very informative and interesting. At the end of the tour we had our picture taken on 2 Harley Motorcycles that we was able to send to our email at no cost to us.
Even if you are not into motorcycles, this is still a truly interesting place to visit on your trip to the Midwest. There have been Harley-Davidson for as long as there are roads in the US. You will see how these beautiful vehicles have evolved from what resembles a bicycles initially. This is a must-go place if you find yourself... 更多
I am so glad i took them there while visiting Wisconsin! This museum was probably the high lite of there trip! My mother said plan on being in there an hour ish. We got there when it opened ate lunch (btw it was really really good food) and stayed tell close! The staff was really knowledgeable about bikes and helpful!
This museum is awesome but if you can get an archives tour you will be in heaven. My favorite e hi bits are the tsunami bike and the video that chronicles the buyout from AMF.
Even if you're not a "Harley" fan it's well worth the time to see it. I like motorcycles and have owned a couple, although they were not H-D's. I really enjoyed their museum. They have interactive displays and even a section for children to play. I was impressed with the layout. Be prepared for at least a couple of hours... 更多
We really enjoyed our visit. I sat in the cafe while Hubby went on the Steel Toes Tour. That made both of us happy. I was pleased with the way the museum was laid out, the videos and the interactive displays. There were even quite play corners for children. I don't need to return but I'm sure glad we saw... 更多
Let me start off by saying I have never, ever been on a motorcycle. I never had the urge to don a leather jacket and go riding. I suppose living in a large city where winter rules the roost has a lot to do with that. That being said, I still love motorcycles and enjoy seeing a true American icon... 更多
The architecture of the museum buildings and landscaping is very well done. It feels modern, industrial, and in the vibe of the Harley Davidson brand. Lots of very old bikes right through to the present day models.
