Visited 3 days before closing for the season. The replica fish (not mounts) are falling apart. It's getting old and worn, but still was definitely a highlight for my boyfriend... he loved the old boat motors.
Four guys opted for field trips in Hayward that included the hall of fame and a trip to PIE-HEAVEN at the Norske Nook. Incredible collection of outboard motors, fishing lures, rods, and reels, and various lore. Famous fisherman, fun facts, and great exhibits. Seems to go on forever. Need an hour or two to cover it before you climb the... 更多
We visited on the 11th September and the place had an air of shutting down for the season. There was no water in the pool round the big musky and we were hustled out on the dot of 4pm swiftly followed by the staff. I believe that the staff are volunteers but it would be nice to have someone up... 更多
We had a few minutes before our tee time, so we stopped here on our way to the golf course. The big muskie was awesome. You definitely want to go inside and walk up the steps to the mouth. I typically don't like steps (bad knees), but it wasn't too bad. Didn't go in the actual museum itself. Next time.... 更多

Fact is, it's $8/person to get in and not only do I not consider that "nominal," I simply don't understand why it's not posted publicly on their website (unless I missed it). The museum itself is home to what I believe is the... 更多
This place had more in it than I thought it would. Besides being able to climb to the mouth of a giant musky, this place has tons of old boat motors and memorabilia. Lots of stuffed fish on display... Tons of old lures.... We took about 1 1/2 hours to tour the whole thing, but if you love to fish... 更多
The hall of fame was pretty much what I expected mainly; old lures, old motors, and old mounted fish displays, but some interesting facts about local fishermen and legends along with the giant musky and the playground kept the adults and young children we had in our group , mildly interested. Overall it was overpriced, but I didn't feel I... 更多
Nice little museum all about fishing. They have different areas of lures, engines and fishing items from the past to the present. Neat stories on most of the display areas. The main attraction is climbing up into the big fish.
