I'm in town for two weeks, and this was one of my favorite stops while here. The museum is so incredibly well done with an amazing array of historical artifacts from radio and technology. They have antique radios, a room devoted to electronics, a room devoted to shortwave, a room devoted to television and more modern radio, a room devoted... 更多
We were greeted at the door by two very knowledgeable gentleman who were filled with area information and fantastic stories about the displays in the museum. We enjoyed the tour so much that when friends came to visit, we took them there for a couple hours.A must see when you are in Huntington WV!
A special Treat when a volunteer goes through the exhibits with you. Most of the collection is operational. To hear old spring type phonograph operate is a special occurrence. The sound will surprise you. The evolution of television is an awesome attraction. A unique museum that will be appreciated by everyone from the age of electronics
This is an amazing museum, and you can see it for just a donation amount that you chose yourself. In it, you'll find a very large display of old radios, TV, phonographs, and yes, even old computers! The volunteers who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire contents of this museum. If you are at all interested... 更多
I worked the museum's Christmas party and enjoyed my first experience at the museum! I learned some new and interesting things and got to see a lot of really neat pieces! This was exceptionally interesting to me because of my past in broadcasting and my general interest in the development of technology, especially in my area!

I took my test there and I was hoping to meet some local HAMs to tutor me "in the ways of the HAM" but I could not get the attention of any of the several gentlemen who... 更多
