This is a nice gem in Oroville. The park is nicely laid out. The rest rooms are clean. Campsites are plentiful and in good shape. The park is kept up and maintained well. It is close to a grocery store and some restaurants. Just be wary that the wind can blow down the lake with ferocity. It blew so hard... 更多
I love this state park because the lake is pretty shallow there, so you don't have to worry about kids getting into deep water. You can walk out into the lake more than 100 feet and still touch!
A beautiful little park with a great swimming area. The water is very warm and we have never experienced any 'swimmer's itch', prevalent in some of the shallow lakes in the area. A quick walk to the market and you can have a really nice picnic.
This is a favorite destination as it is close to home for us and so relaxing. Well supervised so as not too have rowdies. Family oriented with sites overlooking Osoyoos Lake and the adjoining river.
