Jam packed little museum that showcases over 100 yrs of history in the Pacific Beach area. Passionate curator, interesting pics and displays, including the 16 foot fiberglass boat plus ALL the random things that washed ashore 18 months after the tsunami in Japan. Donate a few dollars to this little museum and learn a lot. Get tourist info! Then walk... 更多
This a very small museum but well worth the half hour or so it takes to tour it. Where else can you see a collection of keys? It is free but a donation would be appreciated.
Small, free, very local, quite charming. Does a good job describing the local social history. A lot of interesting stuff crammed into what was a small store. They have plans for a new space so don't pass up the donations box. We loved it.
Very interesting little museum. Unique local artifacts. A short walk from the Resort at Ocean Crest and access to the beach. Sort of an "End of the Road" spot with that beach community tie.
Step back in time. I love history and this little museum will surprise you. It is packed with information, stories, photo's of the past. I recommend any visitor of the area check this wonderful place out.
Will be great when they get their new building. Lot's of interesting stuff in a small space. Lot's of history of the North Coast. I always find an interesting book there.
Great little place to visit while on the North Beach. Bring your beach finds to Kelly the curator and he can give you a complete history on it.
If you are interested in the history of the North Beach you need to make your way to this little cluster of hidden knowledge tucked away in Moclips! Really, it will amaze you. I also noticed that they recieved the June 2015 Business of the Month award from the chamber of commerce for their great community service. A must see... 更多
We thoroughly enjoyed this gem of a museum in the Pacific Northwest. The volunteers were knowledgeable and helpful, and even though the space is small, we left with a wealth of information. Well-done!
