The Village Theater is always top notch. The Pump Boys and Dinette cast is the best mix of a cast I have ever seen. It is an explosive dynamic and unbelievable harmony and each cast member plays more than one instrument. I have seen the play twice and look forward to a 3rd performance.
We have been Season Tickets subscribers of Village Theatre for 16 years. The productions are absolutely wonderful. Everything is 1st class. The sets, costumes, actors, directors, theatre, you name it. It's fantastic. I don't think I've ever been disappointed in any production I've seen. The original productions are often award winning and Broadway bound. Next To Normal won the Pulizer... 更多
Wow! Amazing performance- we are going again tonight. Don't miss it. The dance, music and storyline perfect for all ages.
Having been season ticket holders for 20 years, we have not seen a bad performance! Village Theatre has been instrumental in creating new productions, as well as performing the classics. Some of the new plays/musicals have won awards and gone on to NYC and Broadway, e.g., "Million Dollar Quartet" The venue is wonderful (not a bad seat in the house)... 更多
This place is just great. Its a small community theater that knows what it is doing. We keep coming back. Its cool also as Finn's restaurant is attached. How convenient, Oh boy!
Recently saw My Fair Lady here. What an incredible performance!!! I can't say enough about this play and the love and joy each performer puts into their work!! If you are in town and want a great theater experience check out the Village Theater. This is a smaller intimate theater but the seats are comfortable and I have never felt... 更多
Wonderful little theatre. Intimate size. Even back row had good seats. ( unintentionally ) booked afternoon performance. When realised we had missed the show, we rang and they were very understanding. Able to find us evening seats, even though we had to sit apart. For British visitors : do not expect to take anything other than water into the auditorium.... 更多
This is a small community Theatre featuring a lot of local talent from the Pacific Northwest. The seating in the balcony can be uncomfortably warm and stuffy. The bottom seating is fairly nice. Quality of acting is generally very good, subject matter depends on personal taste.
The length of this play is 3 hours with 2 acts and a 15 minute intermission although their website says it's 2 hours long on Saturdays. That's important to know if you are planning a dinner reservation after the play. Eliza Doolittle was played by Allison Standley who nailed all of the accents perfectly, her performance singing, dancing and comedy... 更多
