This is about as good as it gets for tourist steam engine rides. I recommend you pop for the first class seats where you have a better view of the trees and the mountain. You also get a free soft drink and snack. Beer and wine is extra. Server was helpful and friendly. The Railroad Museum is interesting especially the... 更多
Despite the unseasonably hot weather, we enjoyed our ride on the train. I would have been happier if we had chosen to pay extra for the air conditioned rail car, but the cheaper rail cars have windows that can be opened about 1/2 way. Wonderful scenery and being pulled along by a steam engine. The museum at the other end is interesting too but not laid out well for photography. Some very interesting sheds / accommodation for the old-time workers showing how they used to live. The workers at the railroad are very friendly and full of knowledge. Well worth chatting to Stephen, the... 更多

Beautiful route and about perfect timing. The 2 hours were enough to enjoy without starting to feeling ancy, especially if you were bringing small children. Very enjoyable and worth the price
