From the day I was born in 2001 all the way to 2012 I lived in Virginia Beach, VA. All I knew was here in Virginia. I can still taste the salty air on the tip of my tongue on a warm summer's day; I remember it like it was yesterday. It was always a great place to be and... 更多
I love it here it seems to be pet friendly and you don't have all the people that va beach gets. I eat at a little place on the beach so I park there and then after I walk around for a bit.

A lot of locals come here to avoid the crowd in Oceanfront. Hard to find parking spots, but if you come early or late enough you'll find street parking. The municipal parking has a fee and a good 200-300 yards away from the beach itself.
This beach is quiet and clean. It isn't a "touristy" kind of beach. People I know that live there like it because it's not as busy nor crowded. It's near many great restaurants.
