El Parterre is a landscaped plaza in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, that was built in 1851. The plaza encloses the Ojo de Agua, a natural spring which was a source of water for Spanish soldiers.
nice little park to chill and relax, you can sit and relax, weekends it's filled with locals as well as visitors lots of music, food and drinks. Quite a few kiosks to choose from.
El Parterre historical site, where the spanish invaders drank its purest water upon their arrival to the island of Boriquen. Filled with rich history this is a very relaxating place to be, either by youself or with family.
I like coming here. The water is so nice and the park is peaceful though sometimes you might see some unsavory looking people. At the plaza, there is karoke and bands coming to play. It has a nice sculptor of the Taino Indians.
Here is a nice place to take pictures (best time for me was in the afternoon). Across is the beach and there are various kiosks to buy drinks and good. There is music at night , but only in summer time (open until 2 am). You can walk to a couples of restaurant too but they close early at night.... 更多
For some reason, this was difficult to find with the GPS. Either way, once we got there, it was quite disappointing. There was one vendor that was open and about 5 that were closed. There were maybe only 5 people or so around. It was nice in the sense that you could hear the birds, but there was NOTHING going... 更多
