Great place to browse around in all the shops. We like buying our jams and spices in the shops. Outside they have a Kettle Korn and this guy makes the best bbq pork rinds. His kettle Korn and regular pork rinds are good.
There were a lot of neat food items and there are a few specialty shops for jams, art, quilting, kitchen stuff, etc. Overall, it was an ok place to kill a little time and browse various goods. I guess the only real negative our group saw here was an incredibly awkward Confederacy / Pro-South shop. I guess if that's your... 更多
A quick break from interstate driving and we ate lunch here as well. Outside the market was a covered bridge entrance over a pond of goldfish. Inside, the market was full of individual shops of fabrics, antiques, flags and food products. We purchased horseradish cheese ($2.08), Havarti cheese ($2.54) and Kutztown Black Cherry soda ($1.39). Good prices on the cheese!... 更多
My Wife and I have stopped here for dry goods, snacks and supplies in the Grandma's Pantry inside store a couple of times. The setting outside with ponds/goldfish and mini market buildings are fun and great for families. The cafe inside is quite convenient as well. I would suggest going early on Saturday, can get quite busy.
Not quite what we were expecting, but OK. A bit too touristy...we'd have liked it less commercial...more local, so to speak. Did get some jams, but it's not farmer to buyer, like a real farmers market...more store to buyer. Didn't stay long.
This is a collection of stores of great variety and places to eat. One can walk about and see the Mennonite housewares, go through the used bok staore, browse records or Cassettes and spend the day just travelling through time. There are also businesses outside and it is easy to get there.
Great collection of small shops offering antiques, kitchen goodies, furniture and (my personal favorite) fabric. If you like sweet Bar-B-Que you need to order a sandwich at the centrally located restaurant which also offers baked goods. Or if you want a snack for the road get a bag of popcorn at the outside shack. Or get some farm fresh fruits... 更多
I really love to visit this wonderful collection of shops anytime we are in the Valley. There is a great quilt shop. I have to make a visit to Grandma's Pantry for a treat. Food is good in the cafe. But, my favorite place is the Crossroads Country Store. The owner and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. His... 更多
Multiple small shops inside a building. Crafts and antiques/ collectibles. Also horse riding supplies, old fashioned toys and candy. Nice selection of jams jellies and pie fillings. Disturbing shop full of confederate flags and such. If you like to shop or are looking for a way to spend a rainy morning this is the place.
We needed a place to go and just decompress. We had a couple of busy days of activities and I didn't want to plan anything that day, so this was PERFECT!! The kids had a blast in the toy store, I loved looking around the kitchen and fabric stores. We all found interesting things in the consignment area and then... 更多
