We rented some bikes along the path and biked (part of) the recreation path with my 9 and 12 year old kids today. We stopped at the corn maze too, which was fun. When with my partner we do the whole length but for the kids we do only part of it. In any case it is always a lot... 更多
This is a nice 10+ mile round trip path that you can bike and walk along. Nicely paved, and with a slight incline to the top, then a slight decline to the bottom. Great views, not super strenuous but a decent workout and there are a couple of restaurants/breweries along the path where you can stop and get a bite/drink... 更多
My wife and I spent an hour and half casually walking this beautiful, well designed path. All paved, our manual wheelchair glided over it easily with only occasional bumps from seams where the asphalt path met a bridge surface. We walked perhaps 1/2 or 2/3 of the path and found it to be simply gorgeous. The path follows a shallow,... 更多
I walked most of this path and its more than 5 miles long. It can be entered from several spots and is for the most part shaded and beautiful. I saw a beaver adding to it's dam and lots of beautiful flowers. There is also a quiet path which is basically a mowed section of grass that goes along the... 更多
I love walking and bike trails that touch on both urban and nature areas and the Stowe Recreation Path - which begins in the quaint town of Stowe and ends up in the mountains - is one of the nicest my wife and I have walked or bicycled on. Though we have gone to a portion of the path several... 更多
Biking and walking this trail was an enjoyable experience. Everyone stayed tp the right and was polite to one another.. It was nice that it went along the river with access to restaurants and stores.
We leisurely bike the entire path in the morning (before it gets to crowded). We love to stop along the way and dip our feet into the river (it's spa-like and very therapeutic!) The cornfields go on forever, majestic Mt. Mansfield in the distance, the wildflowers that grow alongside the path. So much to take in and enjoy!
