We loved everything about this site. It's a great place to walk with some outstanding views. We enjoyed all the exhibits relating food production to nearly every discipline in a creative and fun way. There's so much to do here and so much to see. It's one of my favorite Burlington attractions. There are barn tours, walking trails, a shop that sells cheese from the farm. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and laid out. Shelburne Farms never disappoints.
Most of the farm was still closed, but we walked to the farm barn (.8 miles) and back. We would have gone further, but my allergies started acting up. The farm might have been closed, but the pollen was flying. Saw chickens, donkey, and goats. Bought bread and cheese and jams made there.
