The theatre is split into 3, we were in the 3rd, the seating is old and therefore very cramped, other than that it was clean with motiff panels along the walls. The picture we watched was a classic (black and white), Two big pluses, 1 no pre film adverts, 2 the sound level is just right.
Admission was by donation,...
This day and age of big time movie theaters you would think they would at least replace the seats. Reminds me of theater's from the 60s. It was so uncomfortable I could hardly move after the movie was over. There was bright lights shine through the doors during the whole movie. worse thing Is they get top dollar for everything....
If you want to see something on the big screen but hate crowds, dirty old movie theaters, and sticky floors...this is the place for you. Great beautifully kept vintage theater with a hotel attached. Get a room and come to the theater in your slippers!
I like small theatres. I like art deco.
I feel you like those, you will enjoy the Lachis.
Tickets are reasonable the theatres and screens small. The theatre we were in held about 100. Look over the lobby and see as much of the interior as you can, it's a step back in time.
