We skied Mt Brighton, because that is where my Sister and her family skis. One of her children skied competively through the Mt Brighton club. I was impressed. Although I am not a downhill skier, after dropping off the crowd, I alone or with a Daughter or Sister nordic skied the canyons below. There are many marked hiking trails with... 更多
We end up the by reference and as first time snowboarding, me and my group we enrolled for the snow boarding classes. This was the best thing we did. We got a very good and patient instructor (i wish i remember her name) . She did an amaze job with our group in a way we were able to go... 更多
I have not been skiing many times yet but my husband has been to Breckenridge in CO and says this place (and several others in the area) are better for a couple of reasons. The snow is fantastic. We went the day after a light snow and on a day that it snowed a couple of inches and the snow... 更多
We hiked for 4 hours across a large section of the mountain. The trails are very poorly marked, but we never felt like we could get lost because you could always just go DOWN to the base. Compared to other mountains I have hiked there was minimal shade because you are hiking down runs and if there are trees nearby... 更多
Sad to say but waited 51 years to make that trek to the top.. My daughter and I went on a daddy daughter date.. 3 miles up. Not for an amateur like me but I'm glad I did it before I got any older.. Take lots of water and something to snack on.
I brought a group of teenagers here as part of a school trip. The students were with an adult at all times. When an adult who traveled with me didn't understand directions about a trail, the groundskeeper fussed at her and called her condescending for asking, "Where should we go?" The manager worked the issue out diplomatically. That said, the... 更多
Visited Brighton and Solitude ski resort over the Christmas holiday. Both resorts are great and wasn't that crowded as I think more tourists go to Park City. Solitude is more for the advanced skier and Brighton has some great easier trails, but also awesome difficult ones. I think more locals go to these two mountains, which gives it a more... 更多
I've skied all over North America at the "mega resorts". Brightons terrain offered a wide variety of runs and was kept in great condition. What is resort lacks in acres it makes up with short lift lines and a "have a beer in the parking lot during lunch" kind of place. I'll definitely be returning!
It was my first time on the slope in America as normally I ski in Alps. I have to say it is so different- snow and slopes ( many trees while in Alps you barely can see any trees at that altitude). I took snowboard classes and it was fun. Defiantly coming back there with my family.
We went to Brighton to ski yesterday and it was a lot of fun. My daughter and I took a lesson with Marcus and he was very polite and helpful. We're both better skiers now! This ski resort is nice because beginners can go pretty high up the mountain and ski green all the way down. It's also nice because... 更多
