We visited New Braunfels, with 2 things in mind 1 the water parks, and 2 to float the river. We arrived at the float rental (Rockin R) at about 9:30, and there wasnt any line at all. This was my first visit to the river since I was in college, needless to say, long time ago. Decided to go when it was the first day of school, so the river was empty and quiet. The Guadalupe River is a real Texas treasure for tubing or just visiting to take in the natural beauty. We have made many trips up and down River Road, just trying to take in all the Guadalupe has to offer. Great place to camp at one of the areas many campgrounds.
Best thing to be safe to drink and cruise down The River ! The water feels great I love how people have there dogs there it's just a great place to get away for the weekend...
