This "Mall" has changed ownership a number of times. It has attractive buildings but apparently the current owner just wants to take the tax losses. Very few stores. It should be resurrected or torn down.
What happened to this place is in my opinion one of the biggest mysteries in Gainesville. The location couldn't appear to be better--right on Interstate 35--the main highway going north from Dallas/Fort Worth and just a few miles from the world's largest casino, so there certainly is enough traffic and it looks like a nice enough building and a very... 更多
