While in Fredericksburg visiting the Museum of the Pacific War, I visited Four Points Cellars to try the Brennan and Kim McPherson wines I had been unable to taste or drink in Houston. You can taste several wines at these tasting rooms you cannot get in the retail liquor stores. It was a very enjoyable experience and one in which... 更多
4.0 is a great stop on your Fredericksburg wine adventure! You can taste wines from three major wineries that are NOT in this area. McPherson's is in Lubbock and Brennan is in Comanche, and Lost Creek as far as I know doesn't have a wine tasting room anymore just a restaurant. Three great wineries and options of white, red or... 更多
Before visiting Four Point Cellars, set your expectations. It is not a vineyard, but offers a very nice cheese and wine pairing experience.

Walking up to this winery we were already impressed with the design of the building. When we walked into the tasting hall we were greeted immediately by a host that took our name for a reservation spot. They told us about a 5 minute wait(which turned out to be about 2)so we enjoyed some of their complimentary water and samples... 更多
We visited here in the fall and fell in love with the wines. Tastings were excellent, with a nice variety. The folks that serve the wine are very knowledgeable and friendly. Chuck, Buzz and Juli have taken very good care of us every time we come to pick up wine and taste. Try tasting wine with the Veldhuizen cheeses. It... 更多
Highly recommended cellar. This cellar serves the wine of three different vineyards so the tasting menus offer variety and depth. Very knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Comfortable tasting room with a private room as needed and great cheese selection. After the tasting, definitely get a plate of cheese and glass/bottle of wine and enjoy the outdoor patio with some pleasant live... 更多
Nice tasting area and great idea for these wine makers. Brennan Vineyards, Lost Oak Winery and McPherson Cellars joined in to make a tasting room in Fredericksburg. All are too far from the area for weekend travelers to get to. This allows everyone to enjoy their wines while going through the Hill Country. Well Done!
