Great place to visit and learn about the history of the bottling company. The museum has some very interesting pieces on display, and the our tour guide was very knowledgable.
What a fabulous stop in the town of Dublin. The tour and history was a wonderful throwback to the early days of the "soda jerks" through to current times with the time honored passion for pure sugar delights! Our boys are 10, 7 and 6 and absolutely enjoyed it all - especially the chance to sample the sodas!
Having gone to college in Waco my wife and I both develop d a love for Dr Pepper and its history. It was really cool for us to come to see where Dublin Dr Pepper used to be bottled. Sadly, Dr Pepper merged with Snapple and decided to stop the Dublin brand from making what IMO is a superior product.... 更多
Great soda shop. Great bottling plant tour. Great museum. Great history about the begining of Dr. Pepper bottling. Great samples. Great sodas made with Imperial pure sugar. Don't forget to take home a case or two of your favorite sodas. Be sure to drink a bottle of Dublin Original soda.
This isn't worth the trip to Dublin for its own sake. But its a great place to stop if you are on the way somewhere. Stopped here on our way through town. Always loved the Dublin Dr. Pepper with Cane Sugar instead of Corn Syrup. I was sad to hear about their problems with the Dr. Pepper Company. They are... 更多
Husband and I took a day trip here from Plano and had the best time! The tour is only $5 and so worth it! You get to bottle your own soda and see the plant where they used to bottle soda. Lots of interesting history and tons of memorabilia! We spent about 2 hours here. You do get to sample... 更多
Decided to take a drive from Fort Worth to Dublin to visit the Dublin Bottling Works. Had a very wonderful day. The staff at the soda fountain were very friendly and offered us samples of any of the drinks they make there. The tour was very interesting and informative on the bottling industry and Dr. Pepper. We decided to have... 更多
Great piece of history. A lot of vintage soda items to see as well as the bottling process. There are several museums to visit and You must have a soda or float at Old Doc's Soda Shop. I've been several times and it's like stepping back in time. Cute town square for additional shopping.
It's a small but very interesting tour. It kept the kids (6&2) interested and that is no small accomplishment. Be sure to try the samples! It's a little off the beaten path but it is worth the side trip. Dublin itself is a great little town.
This is the place that put Dublin on the map for years. It was the only place that you could still get Dr Pepper made with real sugar. The Snapple company closed them down but now they make some drinks that will make Dr Pepper drinkers want to dump it. Great place to visit, and if you are military ask... 更多
