There's definitely a lot of history in this cemetery. It was a nice area to walk through. They had plaques up on many of the historically relevant graves. This was our second option to seeing a longhorn. It worked out perfect we also got the chance to act out running with the Bulls without getting trampled. The photo opportunity is amazing. The cattle crossing is amazing and free.

If you're downtown checking out the sculptures, don't miss out on Pioneer Park cemetery. Lots of history right in the middle of downtown. Free admittance and easy parking.
We stumbled on this Cemetery while at Pioneer Plaza looking at the Cattle Drive Sculptures. It's sad that a lot of the markers have fallen over and aren't legible to read. A lot of history in this cemetery with the ones you can read.
