The Bell County Museum brings amazing traveling exhibits to its already excellent local exhibits. Currently, the partnership with the Gault Site makes this a must plan and see experience. Go to the museum website and schedule a tour of the Gault Site. Learn about this earliest of human settlements located nearby.
This was a VERY interesting museum (especially as a new comer to town), high quality and free. I learnt a lot and had a lovely time. An added bonus with visiting exhibits- currently one from Washington DC
