We watched the movie Paper Clips and had to go to this off-the-beaten-path place. It was very interesting to see this memorial which teachers, students, and others made possible as a remembrance of their project to collect 6 million paper clips (they collected over 40 million) to remember the holocaust.
Arriving an hour early for the Buttonwillow Civil War Dinner Theater, we searched for something else to do in this small town. We discovered the Children's Holocaust Museum.
