Just the perfect beach - white soft sand, and deserted. Really beautiful especially on a windy sunny day. Lots of razer clams in the sand as well!!
Great beach, well looked after and the views across the Firth are excellent.Do not miss walking all the way down the side of the golf course and round the corner to Embro, all worth the effort.
This was a favourite of the beaches we visited on holiday. Expansive and with gorgeous white sand there was a wonderful open feeling and you could walk for miles, definitely a place for blowing the cobwebs, or beach coming - there was an infinite amount of razor clam shells and we were entertained also by the RAF jets!
This beach is absolutely stunning so it is surprising to see that it is never busy. The sandy beach is kept immaculate and is surrounded by grass dunes. The beach is huge which means even during the holidays it is never busy. In all my years of coming to this beach I've never had an issue finding a decent spot... 更多
lovely village setting and atmosphere, really good golf course, and the weather was good. A bit windy at times but nothing to keep us indoors
This is a really picturesque beach with beautiful views of the surrounding area. There is a decent-sized car park right by the beach, with steps down to the sand. Well worth a visit.
We went for a walk along this beach recently. It was really fab! Miles of lovely sand and not many people around. A hobby of mine is looking for sea glass and you can find some on the beach. Good and plentiful car parking. We will be going again.
the beach is accessed by the Royal Dornoch Golf Club but is available to all. Lovely white sands, and lots of excitement had by all with the spray and the waves. Sandcastles were built, rounders played, and a good helping of 'proper' sea air taken in the breeze, it really was an elemental, unspoilt and very special place to relax.
