It's so hard to imagine that this kind of beauty exists so close to anywhere! It was so breathtaking. Next time, we'll not focus so much on seeing as much as possible as just enjoying.
Lula Lake Land Trust is open to the public only on the 1st and last Saturdays each month (9 am to 4 pm), and sometimes on a Sunday afternoon. Arrive early, as it can get crowded. Our first visit to Lula Lake; we took our 2 dogs. It was a great hike for us; not strenuous but a little steep in places. Very manageable with the dogs.
