This is a very interesting little gem of a museum, pottery and restaurant. It shows the children how glass can be mounded into different items and games. It also has a large play area for children. The restaurant is one of the best for homemade fare in the southwest and unbelievable value for money with a great variety to suit... 更多

This place has a shop with a great variety of gifts it also has its own glass blowing section where you can watch this skill. Nice cafe/ restaurant with extra seating in a light conservatory. Good meals but probably the best cream tea around.

Visited The House of Marbles as part of an excursion whilst visiting Devon. I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with what I found. Lots and lots of marbles and things associated with marbles plus some very interesting displays of old toys and games and some very interesting what they call marble runs, difficult to describe but... 更多

We are local, and used to love visiting here. We went this morning, and were saddened to see how it has deteriorated. It gives the air of being tired and sad. No atmosphere. We walked around and saw the whole shop in less than ten minutes. We found all the prices to be extortionate. Way overpriced. One example was a... 更多

We love this place. Its always good fun for adults and children. Last time we went, we cycled over the new A38 cycle bridge and down an excellent path avoiding traffic. Another time we walked via the Templer Way from the moors. I think it has the potential to grow as there are so many interesting aspects to it.
