Our many trips to the state park have always been really fun I have fished there.. We ride mountain bikes on the many miles of trails we have been hiking there and fishing!!! Croft State Park was a POW Camp, in WWII. As grisly as that may sound, it's now a great little escape without driving all day to get there! The hiking trails vary from easy to difficult. The longest is just over 6 mi. (I think). There are horses. Boats are available, when the later isn't too low. There's also picnic... 更多

Croft is a fairly quiet place, I've been on horse back there several times and really haven't had any unpleasurable experiences. For the most part the trails are taken care of pretty good. There's boat rentals, bike trails camping and so on. I guess I'm glad we have these fine amenities so close to home.
