Possum Trot is on the intracoastal waterway, with some great views. The course is very nice, all but the greens. In a few weeks the greens should be improving with the warmer weather, but for now, our group thought a lot of them were very bumpy. This is a challenging course, and requires some smart playing. Some fairways have water... 更多
Possum is part of the Glens Group Golf. The course is an older course with wide fairways, very good greens and plays very long from the white tees. The course dries well so most rounds are played with the carts in the fairways. However, I recommend that you call ahead to check on the cart rules for the day. There... 更多
We are members of the Glenn's Group, A golf card membership that allows you to play their 4 golf courses for $29 per round taxes included. I believe only locals of the Myrtle Beach area and Brunswick County North Carolina are able to purchase this membership. It had rained some days before and we were able to drive on the... 更多
Played here with our children over thanksgiving weekend & had a great experience. We finished in 4 hours. In pretty good shape considering they just had a hurricane come through this past fall. Starter and clubhouse workers were very pleasant. Will definitely come back on our next visit to Myrtle.
We enjoyed playing an early round of nine holes at Possum Trot. Rick in the Pro Shop was very friendly and helpful. I didn't bring my clubs but was able to rent a nice set of Callaways for a reasonable price. The golf carts were in good condition and the course was well maintained. We aren't the best golfers and... 更多
Harassed by Staff who were not at all apologetic. Course is Mediocre in All respects. Lots of trees down due to hurricane so lots of tree removal sounds to listen to while playing. Plenty of other places to play that do not have all of these issues. Go elsewhere.
Possum is a good track. Knowing a hurricane came through not long ago, it was still good. We played lift, clean on front fairways as it was wet / dew (teed off early am). Clubhouse is dated, but staff were good. Cart staff were good and accommodating. Range average at best. Course overall in good shape, would play again
Even though Possum Trot Golf Course lost a lot of trees during hurricane Mathew this October, the course personnel have done everything possible to make this course playable. Greens are in good shape, and over-seeding is in process. Go Play! Even though tourists believe in 5-6 hour rounds, locals demand 4 hour rounds at the most!
Had a group of 6 play this course. The course was in great shape from tee to green. Average challenges, that fit our skill level. Great price for a mid week challenge.
Played this past weekend in the afternoon! Pace of play 1:25 for 9 holes!! What a great change! The course is an older style design but was in super shape! The entire staff was great! The price is reasonable. Location is close to Hwy 17 and very easy to get too. I will be returning!
