We planned a beach trip for our family vacation...Since both of us are golfers, obviously playing a round while we were here in Myrtle Beach was a MUST on our bucket list...We have 3 kids (12, 9 and 7) who have never played a live round, and Possum Trot was the best choice that we could have made!...From booking a... 更多
Golf course was in OK shape. Tee boxes (golds) were a little rough. Layout is pretty good. Some of the widest fairways in MB. We had a threesome and course put a fourth with us (without asking), which put a bit of a damper on things.
Played on MArch 17 - St. Patrick's Day. First 18 holes went along at a good pace. Afternoon round had 2-3 groups on every hole. 2 groups on each tee box. OVER BOOKED! The Greens were in great shape. Good course for the money.
Course was gorgeous but a little wet in places. Went mid week on a beautiful day. Didn't get around fast but never felt like we were being held up or were holding anyone else up. It was a very pleasant change. Lots of wildlife around the course and very pleasant staff.
My husband and I played Possum Trot Golf Course in late October. The course was in good shape considering all the rain the area has endured. The staff was very friendly.
Myself and my brother-in-law played Possum trot this weekend. Nothing but good things to say about Possum trot! Friendly staff and a course in excellent condition. Good greens, wide fairways, a fun course to play.
I can't say enough about how accommodating the staff was. The course was in good shape and has nice views. My son played and I just drove the cart. We observed many families young and old playing and having fun. I would highly recommend this course as a family outing.
This is an older golf course in North Myrtle Beach BUT a fun place to play. Fairways are wide and the Bermuda greens okay. Staff is super. We played twice and both starters,Tom and John, were superb. Did I mention that the fees are certainly cheaper than most places in NMB. Worth a visit!
From my experience this is the nicest, most well taken care of, in town course at North Myrtle Beach. There are lots of challenges out there and some nicely laid out holes. Staff has always been friendly as long as you are a responsible golfer.
