We walked the marsh walk twice during our week of vacation. Lovely scenery, including birds and marsh life. My daughter got a kick out of goat island. It is also fun walking out on the pier to see what all of the people who are fishing are catching.
Visited on a Saturday night with friends and what fun! Every place along MarshWalk had a different band. I would go back in a heartbeat! Loved it!!
This is one of my favorite places on earth! I enjoy daily morning walks and the restaurants. I love the birds, water, and the salt marsh.
There are kayak and peddle boat rentals here, also a pirate ship for the aspiring young pirates. Plenty of food and drink locations along this (perhaps) 50feet of board walk.
The bars are good, but the view is what it's all about! There are chairs to relax in and if the weather is good the view is even better.
Ever visit a place that is just so peaceful it feels unreal? I really felt that at the Marshwalk. Who knew how beautiful a marsh could really be? A true gem for South Carolina.
The MarshWalk consists of a boardwalk along the inlet from which you can view the many dining choices in Murrells Inlet. A great place to take in the sights and sounds of the town. You can also observe all of the boating / fishing opportunities available. Don't miss it!
