Enjoyed walking through and learning about this church during the recent Greek Festival. There was a self guided tour which highlighted the art work and the religious practices held in the Church. The congregants that I met were open and informative. They answered our questions thoroughly and pleasantly.
This church offered a Greek festival the third week in September. We stopped by and had some authentic Greek food, with tons of selection including dessert. Everything was handmade to perfection. There were all kinds of vendors set up and also live Greek music.
My family got a tour of this lovely place when we went to the annual Greek Festival. It's impressive and a valuable learning experience for people who are either from other, smaller Greek churches or from other denominations. Consider adding it to what you do while enjoying the annual festival in Columbia.
Combine a visit to Greek Fest in Columbia with a tour of the church, and have fun time eating, feeling satiated and feeling spiritually uplifted.

The Greek Fest falls each year around my birthday and several of my friends and I take Friday afternoon off to enjoy the food, drinks, music and people watching. Wonderful each time we go! The Gyros and appetizer plate is wonderful. The meatball dinner is a must. My favorite are the grape leaves with the lemon sauce.
