Our two young kids loved this Museum. It was a bit on the pricey side (costs a few dollars more if you are not a SC resident) but the kids were entertained for hours. It has a neat setup with a theme to each room - grocery store, pirate ship, water splash table, building toys, arts and crafts, castle, and... 更多

Spent $12 per person (only complaint honestly is that they charge for adults in addition to children). However, there are five rooms on one side and two on the other. Exhibits were so great I had to coax my 6 yr old to explore more. There's a room for building things, a room for water tables, a room for pretending... 更多

All our local schools take field trip the Children's Museum at least once. If you are visiting town and want to stop in, this is really geared to smaller children (preschool to 3rd grade). They have a "grocery store" where the kids can shop and even check out at the registers. They also have a dress up area for those... 更多
Small but a lot of fun with small children. Lots of hands on activity, great place to chill out in the summer.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. We're glad your family had such an enjoyable experience.... 更多
Perfect place for children under 10! An arts and crafts area for creativity. Painting smocks are available to protect clothing, though we took some paint home on our clothes. A medieval "castle" allows for running and imaginary play. Stick horses are free to explore on. A large area of both small and large Lego blocks. Even an area for investigating... 更多

It's not the biggest children's museum, but it has a lot of really great things for the kids to do that are unique to it. Also, the craft room is great, and the section outside makes it even nicer. The water table section was also great.
Thank you for including us on your visit to Charleston! We hope to play with you again soon! 更多
What a nice place to entertain your kids! We didn't have enough time to spend there, but that hour we spent there was very nice. Our son loved that place. It has different environments even a simulated supermarket. We will return for sure.
I was traveling to Charleston as the "manny" for my 10 month old as my wife was attending a conference in Charleston. Fortunately I have a membership with a museum that has reciprocal privileges for this museum so I was eager to check it out. It's a super fun space near the old train station in downtown Charleston. As a... 更多
Recently we went to this museum with my two boys. They were busy running around and playing at the different setting that this museum have. It's only $10 for SC residents or $12 for nonresident and they offer military discount. This is a must visit for families with kids, highly recommend this place...
I loved this kid centered, fun museum. Our kids have gone several times and always want to go back. It is very charming and the activities they have are a lot of fun and educational. I wish it was a bit less expensive, and it can get crowded on busy days. tip: I recommend doing the arts and crafts first,... 更多
