My grandchildren love this place. They can use their imagination to be a knight in shining armor, a captain on a ship, shop in a grocery store paint and make crafts along with many other areas to play. I was impressed.
I took my niece and nephew here for a day and it was a blast. They had a great time with tons of different activities. Friendly staff and professional services. Must go if you have kids to entertain!
We started bringing our granddaughter at age two and she loves to play here, She particularly loves the water room and the grocery store. It is definitely worth it to buy a membership if you think you would come more than once. Today we celebrated her third birthday by purchasing the party package. Kendall Snead was wonderful to work with... 更多
Children ranged in age from four to twelve and all had a great time. Even the 82 year old great grandmother with us said it was one of her favorite stops while in Charleston, SC.
Thanks for PLAYing with us! We hope to see you again on your family's next visit to Charleston! 更多
We live in the Charleston area and my girls had been here before a couple of years ago. They have been asking to go back although I have heard from other parents that it is best for smaller children. Our two young kids loved this Museum. It was a bit on the pricey side (costs a few dollars more if you are not a SC resident) but the kids were entertained for hours. It has a neat setup with a theme to each room - grocery store, pirate ship, water splash table, building toys, arts and crafts, castle, and... 更多
Thank you for your recent visit to The Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry - we appreciate your taking the time... 更多
Spent $12 per person (only complaint honestly is that they charge for adults in addition to children). However, there are five rooms on one side and two on the other. Exhibits were so great I had to coax my 6 yr old to explore more. There's a room for building things, a room for water tables, a room for pretending... 更多
Hi Mel, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are so thrilled to hear your family enjoyed PLAYing... 更多
All our local schools take field trip the Children's Museum at least once. If you are visiting town and want to stop in, this is really geared to smaller children (preschool to 3rd grade). They have a "grocery store" where the kids can shop and even check out at the registers. They also have a dress up area for those... 更多
Small but a lot of fun with small children. Lots of hands on activity, great place to chill out in the summer.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. We're glad your family had such an enjoyable experience.... 更多
