My husband and I stopped here after a 2 hour ride on the East Providence Bike path. Tiny cafe and snacks were limited selections by mid-afternoon but everything was really delicious, especially the drinks. Cozy and homey.
Great shops, restaurants and coffee shops! Don't leave without stopping st Angelina's coffee,Bristol Bagel,Bristol Oyster Bar and The Beehive! Come on by. Eat, shop and walk around. There's really only five or so blocks of stuff, but it's all good stuff. Locally made craft stores, great food and of course Lippit Park at the end. This is a lovely part of Providence.
Bristol is a nice, quaint town, but nothing exceptional. We found the shops to be disappointing. There are a few historical places along the street, but not special.
Was blown away by Hope Street and Bristol town! the only way to describe this place is it's like Disney World but real!! lovely and interesting shops, great restaurants and friendly people. Everything you could want from a small coastal new England town.
I love walking along Hope Street and visiting the shops and restaurants and cafes. Everyone is very friendly in town and I always want to stay longer than I can. Parking is also free - nice!
This town is amazing. Quiet. Everything is perfect. It's too weird. I didn't think towns like this existed anymore. Downtown was so cool. Excellent shops. The boardwalk was really nice. Got some amazing pictures. We will never forget this town. I would highly recommend visiting. You won't regret it,
