Loved the soundtrack at the statue with Mr. Rogers singing and talking to us. I walked here before dawn and watched the sun rise over the city. What a beautiful day in the neighborhood!
Mr Rogers and Mr McFeely are true to life chlidrens Hero's, There is no one like these two men, God bless them, they love children. I am honored to be a friend of both.
The statue itself is sorta weird, not really my taste. It's not much of a likeness, so if you didn't know who it's supposed to be you might walk on by. When you walk up you can read about mr Rogers and there is audio from the show playing in the background. The memorial overlooks the incline and the fountain... 更多

If I were a kid, seeing this statue would make me afraid to watch Mr. Rogers. I don't care for this artists vision of this man. But hey, that is art.......
If you grew up watching Mr. Rogers as a kid, you will want to take a few minutes to stop and visit this memorial tribute to him. Guaranteed to bring back some happy childhood memories :) The statue is in a beautiful location overlooking the rivers, city skyline and Heinz stadium. Took free transit here from downtown, and walked along... 更多
