We stopped in to see the site and admire the history on a rainy afternoon. Part of the park was taken up by a local carnival, but there appeared to be ample parking space. Lots of makers to explain the battlefield and a really nice booklet that goes into details of the battle.

I have lived in the area for years and had no idea that this site were here! I went out here with a friend one summer night. The site was a large field and a wooded area. It is a pretty area, but lacks good information or signage.
Remember Paoli! Unfortunately I don't think a lot of people do. Very nice township effort at commemoration of the massacre adjacent to their Memorial Park
Nice destination for an outing. Visit Paoli as well as the Brandywine battlefield. There are craft faire and reenact or special events very kid friendly, as battlefields go.
This is a part of American history. You get up close and personal. This is a MUST visit area for history buffs. The area is beautiful. it is off the beaten path so it is never crowded...and there is plenty of close parking. take a picnic and absorb the atmosphere.
