Definitely worth a stop if you have children. We petted or fed kangaroos and one peacock; waved at the emus; looked at the dingos from a "safe" distance; petted the echidna; fed the ducks; and so on... Cafe available for simple lunch and some souvenirs.
Potoroo Palace is a great animal sanctuary to visit with your family or friends. The staff are all friendly and so are all of the animals. This animal sanctuary is run by dedicated staff and many volunteers. Lots of interesting Australian animals. The high point for me was feeding the gentle kangaroos. Pricilla the echidna and Sapphire the koala are so cute. My partner had lived his whole life in Australia and had never heard of potoroos. Worth a visit!
