This was a truly great experience, walking down to the waterfall, and then swimming out to them. They are beautiful and should not be missed if you are nearby. It is also great for a swim if there are no pools nearby. Overall, this was a really fun way to get wet.
It doesn't get any better than this. Walk down to the bottom of the falls and plunge in (don't jump from the top!). It's beautiful. The water is a bit chilly but refreshing after a walk I Dorrigo NP. Do it!
Close to Dorrigo centre, very easy access and good view from the carpark lookout. There's an easy path down to the base of the falls where people can go for a swim or just enjoy the view.
Wow! What a great waterfall. Located 1.2km north of Dorrigo, these cascading falls should not be missed. There is a picnic area, and a viewing platform to see the falls in all their glory. We visited late afternoon and there were quite a lot of lizards walking around. There is also a walking track, including stairs, that will take you... 更多
It is said that it will take you 20 minutes to walk from near the toilets to the waterfall. It doesn't unless you are walking backwards doing the times crossword. If I was to go again I would bring with me a big towel, change of clothes and rubber soled shoes that you can wear in the water: I was... 更多
Lovely day trip from the coast. A great photo opportunity straight from the car park. You can also take the short/ easy walk to the bottom of the falls. As it is school holidays at the moment, a lot of locals are taking blow up toys to float around in the cool waters. You can swim right up and under... 更多
Didn't do the walk down to the falls (20 minutes) but took a couple of snaps from the viewing platform. Plenty of people enjoying the cool water on what was a warm day. Beautiful drive from Bellingen to Dorrigo, one that motorcyclists would love what with the great road and sweeping bends. Lovely country with plenty to do.
You walk down a bit to get to the pool and waterfall. It's a nice little spot. There's plenty of parking and it's not far out of town. Local camp site is next door. There's a labrynth to walk around at the top. There's a scenic outlook at the top if you don't feel like walking down.
A beautiful waterfall with a well appointed picnic area with clean toilets and BBQ. Boardwalk for much of the walk down but a slippery rocky track for the final 50m. Well worth the effort as highlighted by the large number of photographers and artists in situ at the bottom
