Heptonstall is an absolute treasure. perched on the hilltop above Hebden Bridge, this small village is a pleasure to explore. There's not a huge amount here, but what there is is fascinating. Heptonstall is a lovely hill top village with cobbled streets, church ruins, interesting graves, fantastic views, lovely walks, a small museum and it is steeped in history. The locals are very friendly and proud of their village, they will stop and chat.
Beautiful little place a must see it was very olde worlde with what looked like nice pubs and beautiful sights around the area
