Situated on City Island on the Susquehanna River, this may be one of the nicest settings for any minor league ballpark in America. Clean, safe and spacious (seating 6,800), the park was totally remodeled in 2010. There are plenty of eating options here. I prefer the soft pretzels and the hot dogs. Thursdays are “thirsty Thursdays”- with $2 Coors specials.... 更多
We were passing through Harrisburg in between college tours and decided to take in a Senators game. A very nice stadium in an easy to access location. Typical minor league entertainment and lots of food and beverage choices. Only one hint (which may be seasonal?) - bring bug spray to ward off the May flies
Great ballpark with the minor league atmosphere...great for the whole family...some activity every half-inning....good food but rather pricey in my opinion.
This is the best minor league ballpark I've been to. It's pretty big. There's a lot of seats. Tickets are cheap. Food is great and doesn't cost too much. Well taken care of. It's clean, no trash anywhere. Restrooms are clean. Gift shop is nice and things aren't expensive. The area it's in is nice and the views are awesome.... 更多
I've been numerous times just never written a review. Last night we took our grandchildren ages 8 & 4. We didn't buy tickets until we arrived which meant we were sitting in the sun. At least it wasn't humid but it was too hot sitting in the direct sun so we left top of the 6th inning. The 4 yr... 更多
. . . this is a great place. The Harrisburg Senators, the AA affiliate of the Washington Nationals, play here. We drove up from DC In two hours and got seats in the second row by first base for $13. If you're used to big league prices, that is SO cheap. The seats were so close to first base that... 更多
Very nice minor league baseball park - home of the Harrisburg Senators a AA team. Enjoy high level baseball at a fraction of the cost of a major league ball park. Excellent location on an island in the Susquehanna River. Enjoy numerous activities on the island outside the park. Some really good food in the ball park.
No bad seats! You can walk all the way around the park - great way to see outfield "close up". LOTS of activities for kids. Food is good and very reasonably priced! Club seats aren't that expensive with food and soft drinks included. Best opportunity to sit right behind home plate!
We went on a Friday evening and it was packed. There are only two entrances to the parking lot which causes a lot of traffic. Staff at the box office is very friendly and serviceable. You need to know the sections in order to get the seats you want, if you're not familiar with the place they will sell you... 更多
