Found this on TA after being told about it by a friend. An fairly moderate hike, about 4.5 round trip according to the MapMyRun app. It's a pretty steep incline, so trek poles or a walking stick would be handy. You don't start to see Mt Bachelor behind until about half way up. Definitely do the whole loop once you... 更多
I cannot speak to how it is in summer but winter was phenomenal. Ended up snowshoeing up there in time to see the sunrise. It was cold but ridiculously gorgeous and worth every shivering step taken. Can't wait to make it back!
I love this little hike, and I am glad that it is a short hike. This was the third leg of a big day last week (Oct-14-2015). We started the day off with the South Sister hike. Great Hike....GREAT to get blood pumping....and the reward...AMAZING VIEWS! Yes, strenuous on way up...but you can do it! It is well worth it. It is slow on way up depending on your fitness level but fast and effortless on way down. This hike is great! You can do it in a short amount of time and see breath-taking views. We... 更多
The hike up tumalo mountain is definitely hard work but the views are worth every drop of sweat. You definitely need hiking poles or a sturdy stick for the walk down the mountain as it's very hard on your knees (and we are young!!)

Remember on the top you will get a reward - magnificent views. Bring a binocular, a camera and water. Kids friendly.... 更多
I always enjoy this hike. It's about 1.5 miles one way and all up to the summit. It takes you through the lower shady forest and on until you summit with fabulous views of both Mt Bachelor and the Three sisters. I find it to be an invigorating hike, not an easy one. It took me 2:45 round trip, but... 更多
