Only part of it was open I think. It looked like they were working on opening up the other half of the building. But what they have now is small. Not a big deal since it's cheap to get in. The packing tape tunnels and slide and freaking cool as hell, even for adults. There is a separate section for... 更多
This is a former rec center turned into a children's museum. For that reason its setup is pretty different than most children's museums. It's a lot of fun and very reasonably priced.
We had two of our grandchildren with us. one 81/2 and one 2 1/2. They both had fun with the different projects They especially enjoyed the activities in the gym. Just a really fun 2 - 3 hours. Then we went outside to the connecting park and they had fun in the splash pool.
Very neat! Was worth at least one visit! Very busy and few parents actually minding their children...One side of the museum would be great for older children who are interested in science type things or building.
My young children completely enjoyed their visit. There was a lot for them to do and each activity gottheir minds thinking. Like the building of the Lego Dam or how to get the slinky to walk down the moving belt. That is just two out of many many fun activities.
We took one boy age 3 and 5 girls ages 1, 2, 5, 6, and 9 on a Friday in June. It took a little more than an hour. Most of our time was spent on the packaging tape slide. The toddler area was also nice. There just wasn't enough to hold the kids attention for the price we had... 更多
Parents looking to escape this terrible weather and enter-educate the kids, try the Tulsa Children's Museum. There are a ton of hands on activities for active curious children. There are two sections to explore and the displays apparently change periodically with other museums. Outside is a splash pad and place to eat lunch.
Took my 2 boys - 2 and 7 on a Wednesday in June. Pretty busy, but all play and hands on learning. We were there for about 2 1/2 hours and the number of kids fluctuated throughout that time. There is a splash pad just outside in the park. It's about 45 minutes from my house, so next time we... 更多
This is a fun place for kids to play. It's really a smaller space with several bigger exhibits or areas that need space to really explore and use them as they should be. It's hard to play the way they have it laid out. We have been several times and this time we found 1 "helper" throughout the lab and... 更多
