My kids had fun, but we were all expecting it to be bigger and have more stuff for them to play on. Staff was killer, one "rescued" my daughter when she go scared and even played with them for quite a while. We got a pizza and it was pretty good. We were visiting friends in the area and wanted an indoor evening activity (it was raining) and food for our two families. We arrived just before 7pm on a Sunday and the website states they are open until 8pm. They immediately told me the kitchen was already closed, so our plan for ordering pizza couldn't happen. We attending Jump & Jack's for a birthday and my kids had an amazing time. I wasn't concerned they would be hurt since everything is closed in and all three of my children had a wonderful time. We will be back.
